Common questions

Can I change plans later?

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades kick in at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to Free. Your encrypted data stays put and nothing is deleted.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you're unhappy within 14 days of your first charge, we'll refund it. See our refund policy for details.

Can you read my files?

No. Files are encrypted in your browser before upload. Our servers only store ciphertext. Even filenames are encrypted. We literally cannot read your data — and neither can anyone who compromises our servers.

How is billing handled?

Payments go through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe, never to our servers. Stripe handles tax calculation for most jurisdictions automatically.
